The following conditions apply commencing 16.10.2024.

Internet Shop

VAT is included in product prices. We reserve the right to change product and delivery prices.

Ordering

Products are ordered by placing them to the shopping cart and proceeding through the checkout process. All customer information is processed confidentially. Contact information requested by the shop is only used for order processing unless otherwise specified. You are required to familiarise yourself with the shop's Term's and Conditions prior to ordering from this shop.

Payment and Payment Methods

Subsequent to confirming your order an email will be sent containing a link to the invoice. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received in our bank account unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received your order an email will be sent containing your order confirmation and a link to the invoice. Please check the content of the order confirmation and contact our customer service if you have any questions. Please retain the order confirmation for this purpose and present your order number when contacting our customer service.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. For environmental reasons we always first and foremost use recycled packaging, which incidentally also reduces shipping costs. A shipping cost estimate is shown in the shopping cart. The final shipping cost is determined by your choice of payment and shipping method later in the check out procedure. Available shipping methods are determined by the size and/or weight of you purchased items.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are generally 1-3 business days within Finland and 3-5 elsewhere in Scandinavia and mainland EU. Non-EU countries may take longer due to customs processes. If an item is not in stock delivery will take longer. In these cases we will be directly in contact with you.

Otherwise we cannot commit to delivery times in cases where we are reliant on third parties, e.g., logistics companies as their performance is out of our hands.

Return Rights

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Uncollected Packages

Not collecting your delivered parcel from the agreed pick-up point is not the equivalent to cancelling and/or returning the product(s). To avoid unnecessary costs, you must actively inform us of your wish to cancel an order and/or return products.

Problems with Delivery

In cases where the product is lost or damaged in transit to you, or otherwise doesn't match your order you must contact us immediately and within 14 days at the latest.
